The Šiauliai “Aušra” Museum has been successfully collaborating with museums in Latvia, Poland, Belarus and Ukraine for many years. In these countries, the museum aims to present its exceptional collections, which represent the rich cultural heritage of Lithuania, and to exhibit the cultural treasures of these countries in Šiauliai.
The catalogue presents the international exhibition “Meeting: artists Sofija Romerienė and Ona Römerienė”, which aims to unify the museum resources of Šiauliai “Aušra” and the Latgale Culture and History Museums (Rēzekne, Latvia).
